Acceptance

By using All-Time Hoops you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

All-Time Hoops is a free entertainment game: you build a team with players from different seasons and a simulation decides how it does. Results are fictional, computed in your browser, and do not predict or represent real games.

It is not a gambling game: no money or prizes can be won, and tickets, crests and achievements have no value outside the game.

Not affiliated with the NBA

All-Time Hoops is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the NBA, its teams or its players. Cities, seasons, player names and statistics are used as public factual information; trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

Statistics come from public sources, including the NBA Dataset: Box Scores and Stats, released into the public domain (CC0). Player ratings are the game's own estimates.

Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• use offensive or discriminatory team names, or names that impersonate someone (the game automatically masks offensive words);
• generate artificial clicks or visits on ads, or ask others to do so;
• use automated programs to play, overload the site or bulk-copy its data;
• attempt to breach the site's security or use it to deceive others.

What you create

You are responsible for your team name and for the codes and links you share. By sharing them, you accept that whoever receives them will see them in their browser.

Intellectual property

The code, design, crests, texts and simulation engine of All-Time Hoops belong to its author. You may share screenshots and images of your results; you may not copy or redistribute the game.

Ads and donations

The game is funded by ads. Donations are voluntary, processed on the external platform you choose (such as Ko-fi), and give no in-game advantage.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but it may have bugs, outages or changes. Your progress lives in your browser: if the site's data is cleared, it is lost (that's what the backup code is for).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the site.

Changes

We may change the game or these terms, or stop offering the site. Changes to these terms are posted on this page with their date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to any consumer rights granted by the laws of your country.
